Mindfulness is noticing what's happening around you and within you right now.

The "cool down" we do in dance class is a type of mindfulness training. 

I will also be creating some more short Mindful Moment videos and posting them here during the upcoming weeks. 

In the meantime, you can watch the "Mindful Eating" video.  Then get something to eat and practice eating mindfully!
